Desirò has a long established history dating
back to 1860 with the production of tram wagons, transforming
production at the turn of the century into straw and
felt hat presses, and converting yet again in the 1950’s,
into the production of machines for the fabrication
of metal crown-caps and aluminium caps.
The introduction of plastic materials and the consequential
revolution of the packaging industry in general, induced
Giuseppe Desirò to begin an innovative, modern
and heterogeneous project of planning and manufacturing
assembly machines for plastic products intended for
the alimentary, cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical and
domestic home-product sectors.
