GD12 - LINING Machine - PUT RUBBER DISK CUT FROM TAPE - PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR

Put disk to insert rubber disks, cut in pairs from tape, into the capsules. Blanking systems with mechanical advancement of the belt at an adjustable pitch. Production up to 200 pcs / min.

Wide availability of options for the control of assembled components such as vision systems, color photocells, disk orientation systems based on their color, deionization systems, etc.

High speed rotary disc feeder to insert a pre-cut PE disc in a 28 diameter plastic capsule and subsequent coupling with an external capsule to form a child-proof closure.
