TYPES OF CLOSURES:
One-piece cylindrical or complex-shaped caps, with lids, that are molded in open format. They can house other pieces on the inside, to increase functionality.
CLOSEr GD92CR - rotary assembly machine
Rotary machine to close flip-top caps by rotating the cap mechanically or by means of pneumatic servo-drives. Production speed up to 400 pieces per minute. The machine may also be equipped with vision systems to control the molding of the cap, its opening, and perfect sealing.
closer GD92C2/2 - intermittent assembly machine
Intermittent machine to close plastic caps and then insert a silicone valve inside for better liquid dosing. Production of 50/60 pieces per minute. The machine may also be equipped with vision systems to control the molding of the cap, its opening, and perfect sealing.
