GD33R - CONTINUOUS MOTION ROTARY MACHINE FOR TWO COMPONENTS ASSEMBLING
This kind of continuous motion machines like GD33R are composed of a main assembly turret, peripheral star wheels of components inlet and exit star wheel. GD74 - Automatic machine for the assembly of 5 polymeric components
The GD74 machine is designed to work independently and continuously on the assembly of polymeric parts. The individual components are oriented by the feeders and transported to the machine by belts, air conveyors and linear vibrators. The screws are oriented and inserted into the positions of the main plate, followed by the insertion of the clip, the insertion of the oriented body, the insertion of the cursor and the ring nut.

GD33/RV is a new generation, automatic machine for the assembly of two screw-on components for plastic closing mechanisms to be used for cooking oil containers.
The assembly machine includes two supply lines for the cap and for the spout, composed of an elevator with a 500 liter capacity and a centrifugal dispenser to orient the component to be assembled. The machine manages 6 assembly stations driven by stepper motors. The outfeed satellite plate for the caps to be assembled includes a quality control device to reject defective pieces. The outfeed belt is equipped with a terminal, dual channel diverter for continuous-cycle packing of up to four boxes.
AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS MACHINE FOR THE ASSEMBLY OF CHILD-PROOF CAPS, WITH 3 COMPONENTS, FOR PHARMACEUTICAL USE
The GD33 R3 is a rotary machine for assembling CRC28 capsules which are made up of 3 components: the plug, the inner (or internal capsule) and the outer (or external capsule). The assembly takes place in two stages: the insertion of the plug into the inner in the first carousel and the assembly of it with the outer in the second carousel. It can also assemble the inner, already provided with liner, with the outer: in this case the plug power line is disconnected and the first carousel is only used to pass the inner ones.

GD33/12X ASSEMBLY MACHINE FOR CLOSURES WITH A SAFETY MECHANISM
The GD33/12X is an automatic machine to assembly closures for liquid product containers. The cap is designed to be child-proof, and therefore unscrewing the cap to gain access to the product requires a certain level of manual dexterity and strength.
The work cycle of the GD33/12X machine starts by boring the inside capsule (safety vent), followed by cutting the sealing disk from the tape (Ring Peel Liner) and inserting it into the internal cap. The final stage is the assembly of the internal cap into the outer cap, pressing and punching the outer ring.
