TYPES OF CLOSURES: Plastic screw on caps, onto which the machine carves the safety ring and the ring that attaches the cap to the neck of the plastic or glass bottle.

Disk feeder to insert cardboard or PE disks, cut from a tape, into plastic caps after having cut the tamper-evident ring and folded the the sealing ring onto the neck of the bottle. Double cavity
blanking systems with electronically controlled, motorized forward feed of the belt at an adjustable pitch. Production output up to 200 pcs/min.
A wide range of options to control assembled components, such as vision systems, color control photocells, disk orientation systems based on color, deionization systems, etc.
GD5FR6 - SLITTING, FOLDING MACHINEs
This is a machine that produces the safety band for caps, with a continuous cut or with intermittent notches, available in either a low or high speed version.
Paired with the device that produces the safety ring inside the cap, and often combined with the ring folding system. A wide range of versions is available, to meet any kind of requirement or output rate.
