GD73 - assembly machine - ASSEMBLY OF TWO COMPONENTS AT THE SAME TIME
Machine to assemble a dosing mechanism on a plastic cap, with two assembly heads. Electronic coupling control of the doser on the cap, with automatic rejection of defective pieces.
A wide range of options to control assembled components, such as vision systems, color control photocells, disk orientation systems based on color, deionization systems, etc.

GD73/3 - NEBULIZER ASSEMBLING MACHINE FOR ORAL CABLE OF THREE PIECES WITH SEAL TEST
Machine to assemble three pieces that make up a spray cap for an oral spray, to be fitted onto a bottle, with production controls along the entire assembly cycle and function testing on the assembled piece. Also equipped with a sealing test on the foldable shaft and dispenser flow control, with electronic sensors that can be calibrated directly through the operator panel.

Intermittent assembly machines from 2 to 5 components
In this type of machine, component assembly is carried out during the index table pause times. These machines are easy to access and versatile in their adaptability to various shapes of components.
Machine speed: can reach up to 200pcs/min on a single line, but higher output speeds can be reached by working simultaneously on multiple lines.
GD33/4 - INTERMITTENT ASSEMBLER OF FOUR COMPONENTS
Machine to assemble four plastic components to create a cap for food liquids, with a check valve and production control for every assembly stage. Machine output is 120 pieces per minute.
